This strategic pivot led to the creation of three key offerings: Fleet Essentials, Voyage Simulator, and Voyage Optimizer—solutions that directly addressed major pain points in the shipping industry.

Previously, the company focused on selling platform capabilities, leaving potential clients struggling to see the direct business impact. I worked closely with the team to repackage and position their technology in a way that resonated with decision-makers.
