I’m TJ — grew up fixing computers in a small farming town in South Texas, and I've been solving problems ever since. Today I'm a Senior PM at Capital One, where I work on Auto Refinance products that help people save money faster.
I've shipped products in maritime AI, HR tech, insurance, and fintech. I'm also finishing my MBA at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, where I study strategy and keep finding new ways to think about how great products get built.
If I've learned one thing across all of it: the best products don't come from better frameworks — they come from really listening.
